Our Front Desk is located on the lower (B) level the Federal Lock and Safe Building.

From Westbound Interstate 66 (From Washington, DC towards the Capitol Beltway)
Take Glebe Road exit, then turn LEFT onto Glebe Road.
At fourth light take a RIGHT onto Wilson Blvd, continue through three lights (including fire station light).
Look for Federal Lock and Safe, on the left, park in front*, enter building and take elevator to the lower level.

From Eastbound Interstate 66 (From Interstate 495/Beltway towards Washington, DC)
Take Glebe Road / Fairfax Drive exit, turn RIGHT onto Glebe Road.
At first light take a RIGHT onto Wilson Blvd, continue through three lights (including fire station light).
Look for Federal Lock and Safe on the left, park in front*, enter building and take elevator to the lower level.

From the Interstate 395 (north or south)
Take the Washington Blvd exit from Interstate 395.
At second light, take a LEFT, onto 10th Street, then LEFT at first light, onto Wilson Blvd.
Continue on Wilson Blvd for approximately 2 to 3 miles, when you pass Ballston Mall (on the left), go approximately one more mile, start looking on your left for Federal Lock and Safe, park in front*, enter building and take elevator to the lower level.

* There is limited free off-street parking available in the front of the building. Please do not park in the spaces reserved for Federal Lock and Safe. Towing is enforced 24 hours, 7 days a week.

If there are no spaces available in the parking lot, you may park on the streets surrounding the Federal Lock and Safe building, or in the Safeway parking lot across the street. If you park in the Safeway parking lot, please park in the spaces away from the Safeway entrance.

METRO
The closest Metro Stop is Ballston Metro, which located about 0.8 miles from Body Dynamics.
If you plan on walking, expect a 15-25 minute walk, depending on your fitness level.

Metro Bus
The closest Metro Bus stops are:
N Emerson Street and Wilson Blvd (directly in front of the Federal Lock & Safe building)
N Frederick Street and Wilson Blvd (next to the Safeway across the street from the Federal Lock & Safe building)
