August 27 - LAST DAY for Summer group classes.

August 28 - September 3 - End of summer break week - No group classes will be held.

September 3-5 - Our office will be closed in observance of Labor Day.

September 6- FIRST DAY for Fall Group Classes.

Saturday, September 17- Body Dynamics is a proud sponsor of the Annual Cancer Prevention and Treatment Fund 5k. The first 10 clients to join the BDI race team will receive complimentary registration in the 5K, a BDI T-shirt to wear during the run/walk, and a free 30 minute Functional Movement Screening performed in our office.
