Small Group Training

Our fitness classes provide you with the focused attention of a highly trained instructor in a small group setting.

Whether you are just starting an exercise program or are a seasoned athlete, Body Dynamics has a group class to help you meet your fitness goals.

Our beginning-level classes focus on proper execution of the exercises, with appropriate muscle engagement and joint alignment. They offer a safe environment for beginning exercisers, clients transitioning out of physical therapy, and people new to Body Dynamics. Intermediate-level classes are geared toward building balanced strength and awareness. Advanced-level classes move at a quicker pace and challenge coordination, strength, and endurance.
