Due to the Annual Fitness Physcials, an in house continuing education event for staff, andf the Thanksgiving Holiday, classes on Saturday 10/16, a Saturday TBA, and Saturday 11/27 will not be held. Please see Saturday class rates for special pricing.

Due to the Labor Day Holiday those taking classes on Monday9/6 will need to plan a make-up class.
