Pilates
The Pilates program at Body Dynamics, Inc is a “whole-istic”
approach to fitness that links mental and physical conditioning
to achieve maximum efficiency and integration of movement,
balance, and coordination. Our Pilates program includes work
on the mat and the apparatus. We will design your program
to continually challenge and improve your performance. Our
Pilates staff are fully certified, have undergone an intensive
residency program, and continue to pursue education in fitness,
motor learning, and movement re-education.

Private Training
55 minute private sessions
- Initial assessment by a licensed physical therapist to develop a needs profile and an individualized program
- Integrates mat and apparatus work
- Transitions Plates movement principles into daily activities, specific athletic pursuits, and/or elite performance
Semi-Private Training
55-minute sessions with two compatible client
- Individual initial assessments by a licensed physical therapist to develop a needs profile for each client to be integrated into a combined program
- Integrates mat and apparatus work
- Transitions Pilates movement principles into daily activities, specific athletic pursuits, and/or elite performance

One hour sessions
- Limited class size
- Integrates original mat work with current advances in biomechanics and mind-body movement principles
